The X necklace in rubber is born from a precise gesture: knotting. Two segments of rubber meet, change direction and are held at one point. From that moment on, the knot stays.
The necklace repeats this gesture many times, until it builds an open weave around the neck, 55 centimetres long. Each knot creates a small X. Each X makes visible a decision already taken.
The rubber keeps the structure soft and light, while the loose ends make the design irregular and alive. Nothing seeks a perfect geometry. It is the repetition of the gesture that gives the whole its coherence. The magnetic clasp opens and closes with a single gesture, even on your own.
X speaks of those choices that, once recognised as our own, do not need to be constantly called into question. We can keep moving, change direction, encounter other things. Some points remain fixed. They are the ones we start again from.

Rubber

Soft and light, with shape memory: with a little care it stays as it was on the first day.

How to wear it. Keep it away from alcohol, acetone and solvents, and from strong heat. Many hours of direct sun will dull the colour over time.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of neutral soap, then dry it straight away. If it looks dull over time, it is the skin's natural oils: wipe it with a degreaser, then dry it with a soft cloth.
How to store it. Lay it flat or loosely coiled, never tightly folded, away from radiators and sunny windows.

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

X draws an open, recognisable weave around the neck. The rubber follows the movement without stiffening the form. On a simple jacket, the geometry stands out decisively. On a soft surface, it creates a more graphic contrast. Black emphasises the sign. White lightens it. Pastel Red and Silver bring colour or light to the structure.

The material, up close.

X is made of rubber, chosen for its softness and flexibility: 55 centimetres long and 30 grams in weight. Thin segments are knotted by hand directly onto the structure. Each knot holds two directions and leaves the ends free. The repetition creates an open, light and irregular texture. The rubber lets the individual elements flex while keeping the design legible.

The matt finishes bring out the clarity of the lines. The Silver variant gives a brighter surface.

The resin magnetic clasp completes the necklace with a simple, immediate gesture.
