The Uno Due Tre earrings bring the principle of the boundary into an essential form.
Two slender silver-plated brass tubes start from the same point, separate and descend, leaving an open space between them. At the bottom, an ABS bead stops their course and visually closes the design.
In this way Uno Due Tre speaks of the boundary without turning it into a barrier. A limit can simply mark a measure: up to here the line, here the colour, around it the space.
Red makes the point immediate. Black heightens the graphic contrast. Ivory lightens the design.
Three essential elements build a recognisable form: two lines and a bead. In 1 x 3 centimetres and 9 grams in total, with a 925 silver post.

ABS

A light, smooth material with a solid colour: clean it with a damp cloth.

How to wear it. Keep it away from acetone, nail polish remover and alcohol: they damage the surface. Hard knocks can mark it.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with water and neutral soap, then dry it.
How to store it. In its box, away from direct sun: after many hours in the sun the colour may change.

Rhodium-plated brass

A thin layer of rhodium protects the brass and keeps it bright: clean it only when dry.

How to wear it. Perfume, sweat, chlorine and sea water wear away the rhodium plating: put it on after perfume and take it off before the pool, the sea and the gym.
How to clean it. A soft, dry cloth, ideally microfibre. No silver cleaners, polishing pastes or sponges: they remove the rhodium plating.
How to store it. In its box, away from other jewellery: metals scratch each other.

For all jewellery

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

The material, up close.

Silver-plated brass tubes build the two lines of the Uno Due Tre earring: 1 x 3 cm, 9 grams in total. Slim and polished, they follow a gentle curve and reflect light along the surface.

The ABS sphere introduces a full volume at the base of the form. The material is light, smooth and glossy. Colour thus becomes a clear presence without weighing down the piece.

Contrast is part of the design: line and volume, metal and colour, open space and solid point. The post is in 925 sterling silver. Each earring is made by hand in the Ellesanti Space in Padua.
