Ellesanti is artisan jewellery.
Each piece is made by hand in Italy, with care and dedication. The design is not reproduced in series: it relies on techniques of composition, weaving and soldering that can only be done by hand, and that make each piece unique. Working by hand also means we can take on your requests and create pieces in custom sizes and lengths.

Yes. All our pieces are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

It depends on how you care for your jewellery and how often you wear it. If you take the necessary precautions, such as taking your jewellery off before showering, removing rings before washing your hands, not applying body lotion or perfume directly onto your jewellery and generally keeping it away from chemicals, it can last for many years. Storage matters too: wrapping each piece in cotton or paper and keeping it away from humidity and direct sunlight will stop the plating from fading. Please bear in mind, however, that any surface treatment or plating wears over time.

If a piece is faulty, please email us at shop@ellesanti.com with a photo of the piece and your request. We will look into it and get back to you.

Choose the piece(s) you would like to buy by clicking “Add to bag”. You can then keep browsing or place your order. When you have finished, go to your bag and click “Check out”. Enter your contact details and shipping address and continue. Then choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to payment. Enter your card details, choose your billing address and place your order.

If you cannot add certain pieces to your bag, it is because they are out of stock. You can always email us, and we can let you know when that piece is available again.

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you the tracking number. In Italy, you receive it the way you choose at checkout:

• BRT Fermo Point, free: collect it from a BRT point near you, within 2–4 working days of dispatch;
• DHL Express, €7.90 (free from €89): delivered to the address you give within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.
This way, you know we have received your order and are processing it.

If you placed the wrong order, you can always email us at shop@ellesanti.com and we will be able to cancel it.

Yes. If you would like to exchange it for a different piece, you need to return the order and place a new one. Return shipping costs are at your expense; shipping for the new piece is free.

Every piece is handmade to order: we make it in 3–5 working days, then it ships. In Italy, shipping with BRT Fermo Point is always free and arrives within 2–4 working days; with DHL Express it reaches the address you choose within 24–48 hours, costs €7.90 and is free from €89. In Europe it costs €25, is free from €250 and arrives within 6–8 working days. In the rest of the world it costs €35 and arrives within 6–8 working days.

You can always email us with your order number and we will follow up on your order.

In the European Union, VAT is already included in the price and you pay nothing else on delivery. You see the shipping cost at checkout, before confirming your order; in Italy, shipping with BRT Fermo Point is free. Outside the European Union, import taxes, customs fees or VAT of the destination country may apply: the courier calculates them on delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal and return your order, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement, by sending an email with your order number to the following address: shop@ellesanti.com.

When you return them, please make sure the pieces are properly packed and in the same condition in which you received them. We will refund you once we have received your order.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days of sending your notification, contact us and we will help you.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract. We will refund the amount you paid to the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

If you change your mind shortly after placing your order, simply email us at shop@ellesanti.com with your order number and we will cancel it. If you change your mind and your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive it and then return it.

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which you took physical possession of the pieces. The pieces must also be in the same condition in which you received them. When you return the pieces, the cost of the return is at your expense. Once the pieces have been returned, you will receive your refund after we have had the opportunity to inspect the returned piece.
