Ellesanti jewelry is handmade in our workshop with selected and traceable materials. All metal components are nickel-free and hypoallergenic. We use materials such as copper fabric, rubber, leather, and treated metals, chosen for their lightness, durability, and everyday comfort.

To preserve its quality and longevity:

– remove the jewelry before sports or manual activities
– avoid forced bending or excessive pulling
– store the product in its original packaging when not wearing it

Some materials may evolve over time (natural oxidation of metals, leather variations). This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Protect your jewels, ensure their longevity

 

HOW TO WEAR THEM

Handle your jewels with care and avoid activities that expose them to scratches. Remove your jewels before going to bed, showering and washing your hands. Avoid contact with creams and perfumes or aggressive chemical products such as acetone and alcohol. Keep jewels away from extreme heat sources and UV rays.
When opening and closing earrings, bracelets and necklaces, be careful. Do not force delicate parts — products are made of precious materials and may break under tension.

 

HOW TO STORE THEM

Store your jewels in a safe place. Remember to keep them in a dry space and not in the bathroom, as steam and humid conditions can affect them. Store your items separately in a jewellery pouch to avoid scratches and maintain a shiny surface.

Rubber and Silicone: Thanks to its 'shape memory', if the jewel shows some creases or appears wrinkled, we recommend using a source of warm air for a few seconds. This allows the material to recover its original shape.
Metal: Contact with skin, perfume, creams and water can cause the material to oxidise. To prevent this and ensure the product's longevity, each jewel is appropriately treated with electroplating — palladium, rhodium, silver, gold, ruthenium where indicated — in order to preserve the metal colour and increase durability.

No special care is required for steel, except for the presence of springs that may catch on hair or fibrous surfaces. Compared to other metals, steel always contains a small percentage of nickel.
Leather: Do not use sharp or abrasive objects that may cut the material. Do not submerge in water. Avoid the use of aggressive chemical products such as acetone or alcohol.

 

HOW TO CLEAN THEM

Rubber and Silicone: Use a cloth dampened with warm, slightly soapy water. Dry immediately. After prolonged use in contact with skin — whose natural oils are the main cause of the jewel's loss of shine — we recommend using a degreaser and a soft cloth for drying.

Metal: Clean and polish with a soft cloth suitable for metal.
Leather: Clean with warm, slightly soapy water. Dry immediately. After prolonged contact with skin, we recommend using a specific cleaning product and a soft cloth for drying.
