The Niagara necklace is born from many thin rubber threads that fall at different lengths. A movable bar gathers them and defines the point from which they become free again.
The bar slides along the threads. You can move it up or down and change the form with a gesture. The weight of the threads accompanies the fall and keeps the design orderly. At 110 centimetres and 56 grams, there are many ways to wear it.
Rubber has a natural shape memory. Niagara should be stored lying flat or hanging. If one or more threads bend, simply expose them gently to warm air or bring the necklace close to a source of heat. The material responds to heat and recovers its original form. A characteristic that reveals its living, flexible nature.
Design comes from what we live through. Niagara translates into form the search for one's own balance.

Rubber

Soft and light, with shape memory: with a little care it stays as it was on the first day.

How to wear it. Keep it away from alcohol, acetone and solvents, and from strong heat. Many hours of direct sun will dull the colour over time.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of neutral soap, then dry it straight away. If it looks dull over time, it is the skin's natural oils: wipe it with a degreaser, then dry it with a soft cloth.
How to store it. Lay it flat or loosely coiled, never tightly folded, away from radiators and sunny windows.

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

The bar moves with a gesture: hold the falling threads in one hand and slide the bar up or down with the other. In a moment, you have another necklace. Raised, it fills the neckline; lowered, it lengthens over the torso. You switch from one to the other in a few seconds. The rubber does not weigh on the shoulders and adapts to your body. The threads move as you walk and return to their place by themselves. You touch it and feel balance.

The material, up close.

Rubber builds the entire form of the Niagara necklace: 110 centimetres long, 56 grams. It is soft, flexible and matt. The fine strands have a weight that naturally accompanies their fall.

The bar is made of the same material. It slides along the strands and stays at the chosen point. A small gesture changes the form of the necklace.

The end pieces are also in rubber. They close each strand and define its length. A single material builds a continuous, recognisable form.
