The Luce Short necklace is born from a line of rubber that sits close to the neck, 50 centimetres in length. From it, finer strands branch out, turned in different directions and finished with small rhodium-plated brass cubes. The metal introduces crisp points of light on the matt surface of the rubber.
The branches follow the movement of the body and change position naturally. The form remains essential and compact, defined by the contrast between the softness of the lines and the precision of the cubes.
The magnetic clasp makes the gesture simple and immediate, easy even on your own. Once worn, Luce Short stays close to the body at 35 grams: the rubber traces the design, while the rhodium-plated brass emerges here and there. A measured, recognisable piece, built on the relationship between line and light.

Rubber

Soft and light, with shape memory: with a little care it stays as it was on the first day.

How to wear it. Keep it away from alcohol, acetone and solvents, and from strong heat. Many hours of direct sun will dull the colour over time.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of neutral soap, then dry it straight away. If it looks dull over time, it is the skin's natural oils: wipe it with a degreaser, then dry it with a soft cloth.
How to store it. Lay it flat or loosely coiled, never tightly folded, away from radiators and sunny windows.

Rhodium-plated brass

A thin layer of rhodium protects the brass and keeps it bright: clean it only when dry.

How to wear it. Perfume, sweat, chlorine and sea water wear away the rhodium plating: put it on after perfume and take it off before the pool, the sea and the gym.
How to clean it. A soft, dry cloth, ideally microfibre. No silver cleaners, polishing pastes or sponges: they remove the rhodium plating.
How to store it. In its box, away from other jewellery: metals scratch each other.

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

The rubber of the Luce Short necklace is soft, flexible and matt: 50 centimetres long, 35 grams. It follows the line of the neck naturally, while the thinner strands keep their freedom of movement. The colour stays full and even, the surface absorbs the light and keeps a discreet presence on the skin.

The rhodium-plated brass is compact, smooth and bright. In the small cubes the light concentrates on clean surfaces, creating precise points along the design. The rhodium plating protects the metal over time.
