The Wings Long necklace is born from a simple principle: what arrives is added to what we already are.
Many thin rubber discs follow one another and overlap along the whole 110 centimetres of the necklace. Each one remains visible, distinct from the others. Together they build a full volume, light and mobile.
The steel rings connect each element to the next and give continuity to the structure. They hold the parts together without immobilising them. The discs move, creating a sequential rhythm that is surprising to the eye and to the touch. The length means you can wear it long or wrapped several times.
It is precisely this construction that gives Wings its meaning. Each new element enters the form without erasing the one before. As happens when we truly start again: we do not go back to the starting point. We carry with us experiences, choices, different sides of ourselves. Everything continues to be part of it.

Rubber

Soft and light, with shape memory: with a little care it stays as it was on the first day.

How to wear it. Keep it away from alcohol, acetone and solvents, and from strong heat. Many hours of direct sun will dull the colour over time.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of neutral soap, then dry it straight away. If it looks dull over time, it is the skin's natural oils: wipe it with a degreaser, then dry it with a soft cloth.
How to store it. Lay it flat or loosely coiled, never tightly folded, away from radiators and sunny windows.

Stainless steel

Strong and stable, it asks for very little: water, soap and a soft cloth.

How to wear it. Springs and spirals can catch in hair and loose-knit jumpers: put it on and take it off calmly. Open spring steel only as much as you need to put it on.
How to clean it. Lukewarm water and neutral soap, then dry with a soft cloth. On gold-coloured parts, only a dry cloth.
How to store it. In its box, away from other jewellery. Springs keep their shape best when nothing presses on them.

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

Wings falls long on the body with a strong presence. The discs move with every gesture and keep changing the surface. On simple shapes, the full richness of the structure comes through. With a sharp jacket it brings in movement. On soft fabrics it creates a more textured contrast. Solid colours give strength to the design. White underlines its lightness. Its length lets Wings take centre stage with nothing else needed.

The material, up close.

Wings Long combines the softness of rubber with the solidity of steel, over a length of 110 centimetres. The rubber discs are thin, flexible and light. Overlapping one another, they build volume without stiffening the necklace. Each element can move and change angle, creating a surface that is always slightly different.

Steel rings connect the discs one after another. They are the continuous structure that holds the individual parts together and lets them stay mobile.

Two materials with different functions: rubber gives lightness and movement; steel gives continuity and hold. Together they let the form grow by addition, keeping each element recognisable.
