The Polaris bracelet begins with a single spring steel wire coated in rubber. The line curves around the wrist and builds an essential form, continuous and light.
Spring steel is the heart of the structure. It allows the bracelet to open with a gesture and to return naturally to its own curve. It needs no clasp: the memory of the metal supports the form and keeps it in the correct position.
The rubber covers the wire entirely. The surface is soft and available in a matt or metallic finish. The colour follows the line without interrupting its continuity.
Small rhodium-plated brass cubes are set at intervals along its path. Their clean geometry contrasts with the curve of the rubber. The polished surface catches the light at precise points.
Weighing 20 grams, Polaris follows movement without giving up its own form. Elasticity, lightness and precision coexist in a single sign.

Rubber

Soft and light, with shape memory: with a little care it stays as it was on the first day.

How to wear it. Keep it away from alcohol, acetone and solvents, and from strong heat. Many hours of direct sun will dull the colour over time.
How to clean it. A cloth dampened with lukewarm water and a drop of neutral soap, then dry it straight away. If it looks dull over time, it is the skin's natural oils: wipe it with a degreaser, then dry it with a soft cloth.
How to store it. Lay it flat or loosely coiled, never tightly folded, away from radiators and sunny windows.

Stainless steel

Strong and stable, it asks for very little: water, soap and a soft cloth.

How to wear it. Springs and spirals can catch in hair and loose-knit jumpers: put it on and take it off calmly. Open spring steel only as much as you need to put it on.
How to clean it. Lukewarm water and neutral soap, then dry with a soft cloth. On gold-coloured parts, only a dry cloth.
How to store it. In its box, away from other jewellery. Springs keep their shape best when nothing presses on them.

Rhodium-plated brass

A thin layer of rhodium protects the brass and keeps it bright: clean it only when dry.

How to wear it. Perfume, sweat, chlorine and sea water wear away the rhodium plating: put it on after perfume and take it off before the pool, the sea and the gym.
How to clean it. A soft, dry cloth, ideally microfibre. No silver cleaners, polishing pastes or sponges: they remove the rhodium plating.
How to store it. In its box, away from other jewellery: metals scratch each other.

For all jewellery

How to wear it. Put it on last, after creams, perfume and hairspray. Take it off before showering, swimming in the sea or pool, exercising and going to bed.
How to clean it. When you take it off, wipe it with a soft, dry cloth: a few seconds are enough.
How to store it. Keep it in its box, in a dry drawer, away from your other jewellery. The bathroom, with its steam, is the least suitable place.

The material, up close.

The Polaris bracelet takes shape from a harmonious combination of rubber, steel and rhodium-plated brass, weighing 20 grams. The rubber provides the flexible, soft base, essential to the curved, adaptable line of the piece, which rests gently on the skin.

The small elements dotting the rubber are in steel, chosen for their strength and their ability to keep their finish over time. The inner spring steel structure allows the bracelet to be slipped on without clasps.

The rhodium-plated brass, applied to some metal parts, gives a subtle luminosity that resists oxidation, ensuring that Polaris keeps its discreet elegance every day. These materials work together to give the piece its elastic structure and its defined presence.
