HOW TO WEAR THEM

Handle your jewels with care and avoid activities that expose them to scratches. Remove your jewels before going to bed, showering and washing your hands.
When opening and closing earrings, bracelets and necklaces, be careful. Do not force delicate parts — products are made of precious materials and may break under tension.

 

HOW TO STORE THEM

Store your jewels in a safe place. Remember to keep them in a dry space and not in the bathroom, as steam and humid conditions can affect them. Store your items separately in a jewellery pouch to avoid scratches and maintain a shiny surface.

 

HOW TO CLEAN THEM

Over time, jewels can oxidise and develop a tarnished surface, leaving the piece darker and less shiny. To prevent this, remember to polish your jewels frequently using a soft cleaning cloth.
If the jewel is already oxidised, you can clean it by placing the piece in a bath with a dedicated cleaning product and then polishing it carefully with a soft cloth.

This applies only to jewels made of 100% sterling silver. 18K gold-plated jewels are coated with 2 microns of precious metal, which increases their durability.

With proper and careful maintenance, your ELLESANTI jewels will preserve their original beauty for many years. However, please accept that any surface treatments and platings will wear over time. If you wish to restore the original colour and plating of your jewels, visit your trusted jeweller for a specific treatment.
