Products are shipped via Mail Boxes courier for which a shipment tracking service is in operation. The courier company delivers from Monday to Friday, both morning and afternoon. ELLESANTI® will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier. In case of deliveries made at reception (with signature for pickup by the receptionist), ELLESANTI® will not be responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
– that the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
– that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping).
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, making a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, in the manner provided herein.
You can receive your order at any address, but never at a PO Box. For security reasons, once the order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with details on how to arrange another delivery or where you can pick up your package.
The delivery date will be calculated once payment is made.
As soon as your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an informative e-mail with the tracking number assigned by the shipping carrier.
Please note that any customs duties and other taxes will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in cash at destination by the recipient.
The shipping cost depends on the country of destination and the weight/volume of the package. The customer will be able to view the cost online at the end of the order, before confirming it.

In case of logistical issues related to shipping by couriers, deliveries may be extended up to 15 days. The Seller is not responsible if the delay is caused by strikes or events of an extraordinary nature.

Europe and Outside Europe
In Europe the delivery of products takes place within 6/8 working days, after 24 hours from the date of registration of the order. In Non-European countries, delivery takes place within 6/8 working days, elapsed 24 hours from the date of registration of the order. Any delays in delivery may be caused by the temporary unavailability of products, malfunctions in service by the courier, force majeure or in case of holidays. In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, the delay in shipment may be caused by the inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your purchase to return it. We accept returns or replacements. Please be informed that the product can only be replaced once.
Being a small company, we are pleased to be able to offer our best and personal assistance should you wish to return or exchange an item or items, assisting you step by step in what always seems to be an unpleasant procedure. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible, considering that return shipments must be shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. Then proceed to book a courier of your preference (preferably a traceable one).
In case of replacement, the new item will be delivered to you free of charge for all Italy orders. For Europe and Worldwide orders, shipping costs are your responsibility. Below is a simple guide outlining the steps to follow to proceed with the return/exchange.

– In case of an exchange: we will ship the new item(s) within 5 business days of the arrival of the package. The new shipping charges will be free for all orders placed in Italy. For Europe and Rest of the World orders, shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
– In case of return: refund will be made using the original payment method; a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot refund fees, taxes, charges, or shipping and return costs. Products that are incomplete, damaged, broken, altered, or otherwise reasonably appear to have been used will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
